Solving log-in problems on Android
Recently we’ve seen some Android users having problems logging into Golingo. They may see an error in English which refers to writing data to the device.
This is really easy to solve. Here’s how.
Make sure Golingo isn’t running. Usually you can swipe up to see the running apps, then swipe the app up again to close it down, or click “Close All”.
Go to Settings.
Go to Apps.
Find Golingo in the list of Apps.
Open the App settings.
Scroll down to select “Storage”.
Press “Clear Data”.
(This should clear your cache too.)
Don’t worry, all your data will be preserved on our systems.
The app itself is about 50MB. The other data numbers will go to zero.
You should now be able to start Golingo as you usually would and log in.
